York City Supporters’ Trust would like to inform members that a Special General Meeting will be held at 7.30pm on Thursday 22nd March 2018 at Millthorpe School, York (please see map below). The meeting will be to discuss and vote upon the following proposal:
“For the Trust Board to complete the arrangements summarised in the letter to Trust members such that, in overview, Jason McGill / J M Packaging will provide certain commitments for the future funding and management of York City in return for the transfer of the Trust’s 25% ownership stake except for one Trust Share with special rights.”

Special Note About Memberships / Renewals
Please note that only fully paid up life and annual members can vote on the proposal. You can join the Trust at any time here, but will only be able to vote on the proposal if your renewal / membership is received by 23:59 on 7th March 2018 at the latest.
