The Trust is pleased to confirm that the sale of 5% of York City Football Club has now completed.

Following the recent members’ vote, all documents relating to the share sale to Raoul Ragoowansi (Land First Investments) and Alex Menn have been signed, and the funds have been received in full. The completed documents have been submitted to Companies House, and fans can expect to see the updates reflected soon.

As part of the same process, the Club’s Articles of Association and the All Shareholders’ Agreement have been updated. These changes strengthen and protect the Trust’s position as a shareholder, including a requirement for the Trust’s written consent before any amendment affecting its rights.

The Trust has also granted 394 Sports a six-month option to purchase a further 15% of the Club’s shares from the Trust. Should this option be exercised, it would be subject to the Trust’s usual approval processes.

We would like to thank our members for their support and patience throughout this process.
