The Supporters’ Trust is delighted to announce the launch of the York City Fan’s Survey 2021. The survey is now available online at and Trust volunteers will be carrying out in-person interviews at tomorrow’s Southport match.

The initiative is designed to provide fans with an opportunity to feedback on a wide range of issues including club operations, communication, stadium facilities, pricing policies, transport, ticketing and more. It is hoped the findings will shine a light on common issues and enable the football club to improve customer service. Speaking about the survey, a Trust spokesperson said:

“It’s clear that years of disconnect between the fans and club board has caused increasing discontent and increasing financial pressures on the football club. The survey is intended to provide some valuable insights that shine a spotlight on the common problems to begin a healing process in the coming years. We encourage all fans to play their part and take part in the survey.”

The results will be published in a detailed report in early November 2021 and will feed into an expert review, vision, mission and plan for the club’s future currently being worked on by the Trust.
