The Trust’s 2022 AGM will be held from 7-9pm on Thursday 29th September 2022 at the LNER Community Stadium, Kathryn Ave, Monks Cross Dr, Huntington, York. YO32 9AF.
Access to the meeting is via the Match Day Hospitality Entrance outside the East Stand. There will be a pay bar open throughout the evening. Please note that numbers for the AGM are strictly limited to 250 on a first come, first served basis. The event is for Trust members only and a register of current members will be held on the door. All audio and video recording of the meeting is strictly prohibited.

Your Membership & Eligibility to Attend
This notice has been sent to all existing members and those who have recently lapsed. All Life Members are eligible to attend the meeting and vote. Annual membership runs from 1st July to 30th June so if you have not renewed your membership since 1st July, you must join the Trust before 5pm on Monday 26th September 2022 to be eligible to attend and vote. You DO NOT need a membership number to rejoin as we no longer use them. You can join the Trust for £1 at https://www.ycst.org.uk/membership/join-online/
Trust Board Elections – Nominations Now Open
We are keen to recruit new members to the Supporters Trust board to help strengthen our numbers and broaden our skills base. If you are interested in standing for election, please download, complete and return a nomination form by 12th September 2022. The form is available at https://www.ycst.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/ycst-nomination-form-agm-2022.pdf.
It should be noted that the Trust board’s primary role is to oversee the business of the Trust and represent the supporters. We also provide scrutiny, guidance and support to the football club board. The Trust board DON’T run the football club on a day-to-day basis. The shareholders, including the Trust, elect the club’s board of directors to run the football club on our behalf.
