The Supporters’ Trust board have taken the difficult decision to postpone the AGM 2022 to May this year. Members will be sent further details in due course.
The Trust had provisionally booked the Huntington Sports & Social Club for 25th January 2022 for the AGM, but due to uncertainty surrounding the spread of the Omicron Covid variant we were unable to make firm plans. The date now also clashes with the rearranged home fixture with Bradford Park Avenue.
We are currently making arrangements to rearrange the AGM as part of a Family Fun Day after the end of the season. We hope that the event will largely be held outdoors in the sunshine for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. The date and further details will be announced in the coming weeks.
Part of the formal AGM includes provision of the accounts to members and board elections. The accounts for the year end 30/06/21 can be viewed at https://www.ycst.org.uk/downloads/ and will be filed with the Financial Conduct Authority shortly. The board elections will form part of the rearranged event in May. Nomination forms will be made available on the Trust website in March 2022.
