York City Supporters’ Trust are pleased to announce that our inaugural FootGolf Tournament is to be held on Sunday 8th July 2018.
Fans and members of the wider community are all invited to take part in the competition and enjoy one of the UK’s most up-and-coming sports. Like golf, the player who puts the ball in a hole on the green in the fewest shots wins – only rather than using a club, players kick a football around the course.
The tournament in York will tee-off at 1.30pm on Sunday, July 8 and will be held at the Skelton Park centre on Shipton Road with all profits going to the Trust.
The event is open to everyone aged eight and above, with entry costing £13 for adults, £10 for Under-16s and £30 for a family pass of one adult and up to three juniors. Twelve holes will be played with junior and adult competitions taking place.
