The York City Supporters’ Trust AGM will be held at 7.30pm on Thursday 24th of October in the LNER lounge. Full agenda and meeting details to follow, including how to vote and join remotely if it is not possible for you to attend in person.

Three existing board members will be up for re-election at this meeting (Alastair Smith, Jim Calverley and Steve Ovenden) and we have an additional vacancy due to the resignation of one of our existing board members, Richard Hall, who has been a member of the board for a number of years. The board wishes to thank Richard for his loyal service to the board and would now like to invite existing Trust members to apply to join the board, as per the usual election process. Nominees are required to have two member signatures and nomination forms are available here.

The secretary will contact each nominee on receipt of their application to discuss the next steps in line with the Board Election Policy. Please submit all nominations by Monday 23rd of September 2024.

The AGM allows member resolutions to be proposed to the wider membership provided it is in accordance with rule 26 of the Society Rules. If you would like to submit a resolution then please email the secretary at secretary@ycst.org.uk with the subject “Resolution for the AGM” by Monday 7th of October 2024.

Further details to follow – please make a note in your diaries, or even better sync the YCST calendar to stay up-to date with all YCFC & YCST events.
