As a member of the York City Supporters’ Trust you can now carry your membership card digitally on your phone. Your digital card is stored in your device’s Wallet app — Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android — so it’s always with you, always up to date, and can never be lost. You will need an iPhone running iOS 16 or later, or an Android phone.

Tap “Add to Apple Wallet”

Tap the Add to Apple Wallet button on the page that opens. You’ll see a preview of your card.

Tap “Add”

Tap the Add button in the top-right corner. Your card is now saved in Apple Wallet.

Tip: To find your card later, open the Wallet app on your iPhone and scroll to your YCST membership card. You can also double-click the side button (or home button on older iPhones) to bring up your wallet quickly.

Tip: If you don’t already have Google Wallet installed, download it free from the Google Play Store before downloading your card.

Tap the Add to Google Wallet button. If prompted, sign in with your Google account.

Common Questions

Do I need an internet connection to use my card?

No. Once the card is saved to your Wallet, it is stored on your device and can be displayed offline. An internet connection is only needed when you first add the card and to receive any updates.

Will my card update automatically when I renew my membership?

Yes. When the Trust updates your membership details, the changes are pushed to your card automatically — there’s no need to add a new card.

I accidentally deleted my card. Can I get it back?

No problem. Use the Download Your Membership Card button above to get a fresh copy.

I don’t have an iPhone or Android — can I still use a digital card?

Digital wallet cards require Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android). If your phone doesn’t support either, you can still show the card as a web page in any mobile browser.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. Your card data is stored securely by Passcreator, who are GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001 certified, and host all data within the EU. The card on your phone can only be accessed when you unlock your device.
