We invite all York City Supporters Trust members to join us for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 24th October 2024, at SPARK York (17—21 Piccadilly, York YO1 9PB). The meeting will start at 7:30 PM, with doors opening at 7:00 PM. Members will also have the option to join the meeting online via Zoom.
Membership Requirements to Attend and Vote
To participate in the AGM and vote on matters, memberships must be paid by Monday, 21st October at 17:00. Once your membership is confirmed, you will receive an Eventbrite link to secure a free ticket for either the in-person or online event. Please note that all tickets are free, but attendance will be restricted to current members.
All voting details will be issued directly from our voting system, ElectionBuddy.
Ticketing Process and Cross-Checking
- Tickets for both the in-person and online events will be cross-checked against our membership database.
- When obtaining tickets, please ensure the email address matches the one used for your membership.
- In-person attendees will have their membership checked at the door, and online participants must use the same email for both the Eventbrite ticket and Zoom access.
Membership Deadline
Memberships can be purchased up until 5:00 PM on 21st October 2024 to attend the AGM.
