Ahead of our AGM two members of the Trust board have decided to step down, allowing others the opportunity to serve the cause.

Richard Hall is retiring having served on the Trust board for seven years. During his time on the board Richard has seen dramatic changes in the sale of Bootham Crescent and the opening of the LNER, and the transition of majority shareholder from Jason McGill to Glen Henderson and then to Matt & Julie-Anne Uggla. Throughout this Richard conscientiously executed his board responsibilities.

Matt Long was elected to the board at our 2023 AGM and is standing down due to personal commitments.

We thank Richard & Matt for their contributions.
