12 year old Supporters Trust Chairman, John Lacy, witnesses York City’s finest hour – York City v Newcastle Utd, FA Cup Semi-Final 1955. He’s the one right at the front second from left wearing his school cap with gloved hands over his ears. John recalls, “60,000 fans made some noise that day and the little kid next to me was screaming his head off!”
